  Terms and conditions

1. Booking: All bookings via emails must be made at least 48 hours prior to usage. All bookings will be confirmed by emails within 24 hours.
      In urgent case, you can call us at 66(0) 8 4424 0008 or 66(0) 8 0440 6700
2. Modification and Cancellation: Every booking modification and cacellation must be submit by email. The date and time that appear in email      will be used to determine the cancellation fee. Cancellation or modification will subject to the policies as the followings:
a) In case of NO-SHOW or late cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to usage), the deposit amount is non-refundable.
b) In case of cancellation more than 24 hours prior to usage, the deposit amount less bank transfer fee is refundable no longer than 30 days       after the cancellation. Bank fee will be charge on the amount to be refunded
3. No Show: I understand that if I cannot locate an airport representative (click here to see  meeting point), it is my responsibility to call
      a Bell Transport's representative at 085-481-0487.     Failure to call Bell Transport's representative and leave a pickup location will
      result in a no-show charge.
4. Waiting time: If you are late for the schedule of limousine usage, please call us at 66(0) 8 4424 0008 or 66(0) 8 0440 6700
      However, please be reminded of the followings:
a) At the airport: We allow up to 60 minutes of free waiting time right after the official landing   time for passenger to pass through the
      processes at the airport. If there is no contact from the  passenger, the car will leave the airport and the passenger is subject to
       no show charge.

b) At other locations: We allow up to 30 minutes of free waiting time right after the appointment  time. If there is no contact from the passenger,      the car will leave the location, and the passenger  is subject to no show charge
